“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”
— Carl Rogers
My approach
Integrative systemic therapy
The systemic approach considers that each person is part of several systems : individual, social, family, couple, and cultural. Systemic therapy takes into account the person's own context as it evolves, and how these systems interact. It focuses on relational dynamics and how they are passed down.
The term integrative means a multi-referential approach, drawing on several therapeutic frameworks. With a holistic view of the person, I adapt each course of care by bringing in methods, tools, and perspectives from other approaches, tailoring the support to each person's specific needs and requests.
Integrative feminist sexology
Integrative feminist sexology is grounded in an affirming approach that respects diversity : sexual, cultural, relational, of gender, of body, and of sexual and romantic orientation. It focuses on your own subjective relationship to bodies, genders, intimate relationships, and eroticism.
Our relationship with intimacy is intrinsically linked to our personal history, our relational experiences, and the social context we live in. A difficulty in the sexual sphere can reflect other aspects of life — our relationship with ourselves, our relationships with others, or our environment. An integrative approach makes it possible to consider these different dimensions together, to better understand what's being experienced and move toward greater well-being.
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Emotions are at the root of how we interact with ourselves and our environment. They guide our needs and sit at the heart of our relationships, our communication, and our decisions.
Emotion-Focused Therapy treats emotions as central to understanding psychological and relational difficulties. It works directly with emotional experience, using emotions as a core resource in the therapeutic process to develop, adapt, and shift how we manage them.

About
A psychologist (FSP), currently training in integrative feminist sex therapy as well as Emotion-Focused Therapy, I offer individual support in psychology and sexology.
After working in psychiatry, I wanted to offer therapeutic support built on a de-pathologizing, integrative, and inclusive outlook. Working from a holistic view, I see people as fundamentally healthy, with the resources they need to learn, understand, and grow. My practice is rooted in a feminist perspective, guided above all by my clients' self-determination — I consider them the experts of their own experience, and build the work we do together as a genuine collaboration.
Attentive to relational, emotional, and sexual concerns, I pay particular attention to each person's emotional, social, family, cultural, and political realities. I strive to offer a safe, warm space that adapts to each person's own pace and needs.
In my personal life, I recharge through reading, music, podcasts, physical activity, and creative projects — all of which also feed into my practice. In session, I enjoy bringing in a creative dimension and suggesting resources related to the topics we're exploring.
